WE ARE DIZA AND VICTORIA AF BURÉN

We grew up among collections of exotic fabrics, leather, buttons, threads, and ribbons of thousands of colors. Our happy childhood was spent under our mother's drawing table (she is a dreamy and creative Swedish designer who came to Colombia after a friendly Colombian she met at a cafe in Stockholm). We made our first jacket under that table, using the scraps of leather that fell onto the floor.

We created our brand Dérive af Burén inspired by the innate ability of all cultures to tell their stories through colored threads, textures and materials. It is our way of celebrating all these artistic expressions that unite us as people in a world without borders.
